Tim, Hannah, Andrea, Oli, Sarah, Mark, Caroline, Alex and Kim – 9 X 18 year olds from Surrey – 14th July 2001 - “Can we keep the house please? We came here to celebrate the end of our A-levels and we have had an absolutely fantastic time. Surprisingly, the weather was better than back home – we’ve been to the beach (and got burnt) four times this week. The house is amazing, thanks very much for the thoughtful welcoming touches. The animals were also good fun. All in all, we’ve had a wonderful holiday – its been an experience to remember!”

Mrs H G – Cardiff – 15th February 2002 “We have thoroughly enjoyed our second visit. The children love to be here. Thank you very much for your welcome and the goodies.”

Mrs Y F – Gloucester – 2nd March 2003 (like this was so written by one of Mrs Y F's children!) “We really enjoyed our stay, the house is excellent. We had a mean game of hide & seek because it is so big. We also enjoyed pool & darts. There are lots of cool beaches & an excellent swimming pool nearby. What we most liked was the games room. I could go on forever.”

Ms J L M - Chester – 1st May 2003 As part of a much longer review, Ms JLM wrote the following rather inventive acronym, based on ‘Upper Haroldston’ - “Uniquely Placed Perfectly Enhanced Restfulness Homely And Relaxing Outstripping Lesser Dwellings Successfully. Thankyou Our Neighbours!"

Mr & Mrs J H – Barnsley – 28th August 2004 “A most enjoyable stay “like having our own Country Hotel”. We were all very grateful for the welcome pack, especially the wine (even the dog had some goodies). Our hosts have thought of all the needs of a large party, the house is a joy and thanks for a great stay.”

Mr & Mrs D W - East Molesey - 29th December 2004 "A great week, facilites very good. Everything we needed for a great Christmas that was had by all!
