The Thackray Family – September 2011. “Excellent meal, fantastic & friendly service. Would recommend duck with beetroot & potato dauphinoise, red current sauce and green bean puree, £14. Salmon skewers & roasted new potatoes, £12ish. We ordered extra veg/salad but there was plenty with the meal. Starters seemed pricey (£5) but were huge!
Directions; Turn left out of the end of the drive. Go to the end of St Issells Avenue and turn right at the Tee junction. Continue under the railway bridge, to the traffic island (Macdonalds is on your left). Turn right at the island (4th exit) into Freemans Way. At the end of Freemans Way, take the first exit off the island into the filter lane at the traffic lights. Cross over the river bridge – The Black Sheep is on the left , just past the square.
